House Cleaning in Tampa Bay
Weekly, every other week, monthly or a one-time reset. Same crew, same checklist, so the house stays ahead of you instead of behind.
Regular house cleaning is the service people ask us about first. Somebody has been carrying the whole house on their own for a couple of years, the weekends keep disappearing into it, and they finally decide that is not how they want to spend Saturday anymore. That is who this is built for.
We clean homes across Tampa Bay on a schedule you pick. Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-time clean if you just want the place reset before family comes in. The same people come back each visit, which matters more than it sounds like it should.
What a standard clean covers
A standard clean is the maintenance visit. It keeps a house that is already in decent shape from sliding backwards, and it hits every room in the plan every time.
- Kitchen. Counters and backsplash wiped down, sink scrubbed and rinsed, cooktop and range front degreased, microwave inside and out, cabinet fronts spot-cleaned, appliance exteriors polished, floor vacuumed and mopped.
- Bathrooms. Toilets cleaned inside and out including the base and behind the seat hinges, tubs and showers scrubbed, glass and mirrors cleared of spots, vanity and fixtures wiped, floors done last.
- Bedrooms and living areas. Dusting on all reachable surfaces, ceiling fan blades, window sills, picture frames and lamp bases included. Beds made if the linens are out. Floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped.
- Everywhere. Light switches and door handles wiped, baseboards checked, trash pulled and rebagged, and a walk-through at the end to catch anything missed.
If something in your house needs a different approach, tell us at the quote. Houses with pets, homes with small kids, places with a lot of natural stone or unsealed wood all get handled a little differently, and it is easier to set that up at the start.
How often people book it
Most homes in Tampa Bay land on every other week. It is the point where the house never really gets dirty, so each visit stays a maintenance clean and the price stays steady.
- Weekly. Bigger households, homes with pets or kids, and anyone who wants the place guest-ready at all times.
- Every other week. The most common choice. Enough to stay ahead of it without paying for cleaning you don't need.
- Monthly. Smaller homes, couples, and people who handle the day-to-day themselves but want the heavy stuff taken off their plate.
- One time. Before a party, after one, or when you just want to see what the house looks like clean before you commit to a schedule.
You are not locked in. If every other week turns out to be too much or not enough, we change it. Plenty of clients run weekly through the busy months and drop to monthly after.
Want a number for your place? It takes a couple of minutes on the phone.
Why the first visit is different
The first clean on a house almost always takes longer than the ones after it. There is built-up work that a maintenance visit is not sized for: soap scum that has had a year to set, grease film above the range, dust on the tops of door frames.
We'll tell you up front if your first visit should be a deep clean instead of a standard one. It costs more that one time, and then every visit after it is a normal maintenance clean at the normal rate. Skipping that step usually means paying for a standard clean that cannot quite get the house where you wanted it.
What it costs
Cleaning is priced on the house, not on a flat rate off a website. Square footage, number of bathrooms, how many people and pets live there, the condition it starts in and how often we come back all move the number.
Bathrooms move it more than square footage does. A 1,600 square foot house with three full baths takes longer than a 2,200 square foot house with one and a half. We walk the place or talk it through on the phone, then give you a real number before anything is scheduled. No deposit to get a quote.
What we bring and what we need from you
We bring everything: supplies, microfiber, vacuums, the whole kit. Nothing needs to be waiting under your sink.
The one thing that helps is picking up. Clothes off the floor, dishes out of the sink, counters reasonably clear. We are not going to refuse to move a stack of mail, but the more surface we can actually reach, the more of your visit goes into cleaning instead of sorting. If you would rather we tidy as part of the job, say so at the quote and we'll price it in.
Most clients are at work when we come. Lockbox, garage code, hidden key or a neighbor all work fine. Tell us about the dog before the first visit.
Common questions
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our recurring clients are at work when we come. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code, and we lock up on the way out. If you would rather be there for the first visit so you can walk us through the house, that works too.
Will it be the same cleaners every time?
That is the goal, and it is most of the point of hiring a local company. The same people learn your house, which means they stop needing to ask where things go. If somebody is out, we tell you before the visit rather than sending a stranger unannounced.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it. No argument, no charge. We would rather make one return trip than have you quietly decide we are not worth rebooking.
Do you clean houses with pets?
Yes, and a lot of them. Pet hair changes how long a house takes, so mention it at the quote and it gets priced in. If your dog needs to be crated or put in a back room while we work, just let us know what the routine is.
Tell us about the place. We'll tell you the price.
Free estimates, no pressure and no deposit to find out what it costs. Call or text us, or send the form and we'll get back to you.
