Commercial and Office Cleaning in Tampa Bay

Offices, shops and small businesses. Nightly, weekly or monthly, scheduled around your hours so we stay out of the way.

Your customers read your bathroom as a statement about how you run everything else. It is not fair, and it is completely true.

We clean offices, shops, studios and small businesses around Tampa Bay on nightly, weekly or monthly schedules. The work happens on your hours, which for most clients means after you close or before you open.

Who we clean for

Small commercial is where we fit best. Places where the owner still knows every employee by name and cares what the place looks like on a Monday morning.

  • Offices and suites. Desks, common areas, conference rooms, break rooms and restrooms on a set schedule.
  • Retail and showrooms. Glass, floors and fitting areas kept sharp during trading weeks.
  • Studios, salons and clinics. Higher touch-point frequency and more attention to sanitation in treatment areas.
  • Shared and coworking spaces. High-traffic common areas and restrooms that need more than a weekly pass.

If your building already has a janitorial contract and you need the parts it does not cover, that is a normal request. Plenty of our commercial work sits alongside a building service rather than replacing it.

What a commercial visit covers

The scope is agreed in writing before the first visit, so there is no drift about what is and is not included. A standard office scope looks like this.

  • Restrooms. Fixtures cleaned and sanitized, mirrors and glass, floors mopped, consumables restocked, bins emptied.
  • Break rooms and kitchens. Counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave interiors, tables and chairs, floors.
  • Work areas. Trash pulled and rebagged, hard surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed or mopped. Desks cleared of surface dust where they are clear enough to work on.
  • Common areas. Entry glass and door handles, reception surfaces, conference tables, high-touch points.
  • Periodic work. Vents, blinds, baseboards, interior glass and high dusting on a rotating schedule rather than every visit.

Scheduling around your business

Nobody wants a vacuum running during a client meeting. Most of our commercial clients are cleaned after hours, and a few prefer early mornings before staff arrive.

Access is worked out at setup: keys, codes, alarm procedures and who to call if something does not open. If your alarm company needs our people on an authorized list, we handle that before the first visit rather than at 9pm on a Tuesday.

Frequency depends on foot traffic more than square footage. An office of eight people needs less than a waiting room that sees sixty. We will tell you honestly if we think you are asking for more frequency than the space needs.

Insurance, keys and who comes in

Letting a cleaning company into your business after hours is a trust decision, and you should ask about it.

We keep the crew on a commercial account consistent, so the same people learn your space and your alarm. Keys and codes are controlled and we tell you if anyone new will be on the account before they come rather than after.

Getting a quote

Commercial work is quoted after a walk-through. We look at the square footage, the traffic, the restroom count, the floor types and what your hours look like, then put the scope and the price in writing.

The walk-through is free and takes about twenty minutes. If you already have a scope document from a previous provider, send it and we will quote against the same list so you can compare like for like.

Common questions

Can you clean after we close?

Yes, and most of our commercial clients are cleaned after hours or early morning. We work out access, alarm codes and a contact at setup so it runs without anybody having to wait around for us.

Do you require a long contract?

We put the scope and schedule in writing so both sides know what is included. Terms are agreed at the quote. If the frequency turns out to be wrong for the space, we would rather change it than have you stuck paying for visits you do not need.

Do you supply paper products and soap?

We can either restock what you supply or handle supply and billing for consumables. Most smaller offices buy their own and have us restock; larger accounts often prefer we manage it.

Can you do a one-time clean instead of a schedule?

Yes. One-time commercial cleans are common before an inspection, an open house, a big client visit or after a move. If the space has been neglected for a while, that first visit is priced like a deep clean.
